Terms and Conditions

• Conditions applicable.

  These conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods and will prevail over any terms provided by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Placing an order with us indicates acceptance of our terms of business.

• VAT

Unless otherwise stated,the prices include VAT which has been charged at the appropriate rate on the total of goods and carriage.Export orders are VAT exempt when using customs approved documentation.

• Damge or loss of goods in transit

Damaged or short delivered goods must be reported within 1 working day of receipt.Non delivery of goods must be advised within 7days of despatch.

• Minimum order

There is a minimum order of £10 excluding delivery.

• Delivery period

Although given in good faith,times quoted for delivery of goods are intended as estimates only and do not form the basis of any contract.

• Ownership of goods

All goods supplied remain the property of The Pool Table Factory until payment has been made in full.

• Goods in transit

Unless additional insurance has been arranged by agreement between both parties our liability is limited to our carrying contractors terms and conditions.

• Payment

Payment is due in advance of delivery,or at the time of delivery,unless a crdit account has been approved in which case payment must be made within the terms agreed.

• Description of goods

The Pool Table Factory philosophy is one of continuing development and improvement.Consequently all specifications are approximate and may become subject to variation and modification without notice.

• Defacing of goods

The purchaser may not deface or remove trademarks or logos affixed to goods,nor affix any other trademarks or logos without the prior consent of The Pool table Factory.

• Cancellations

Once a contact exists between The Pool table Factory and the purchaser that contract may not be cancelled by the purchaser except with The Pool Table factory's consent and on terms which will idemnify The pool Table Factory against all loss.

• Carriage

Carriage is paid for all orders at the current rate.

• Returns

Returns may be subject to a 10% handling fee.
